Physics

1. Explain the activity: We went outside and recorded how long the object was in the air from throwing it.

2. Write the general equation for a projectile that is given above: h=-16t^2 + v0t + h0

3. Find the initial velocity for YOUR two throws: 1st23.55fps 2nd37.16fps

4. Write the general quadratic equation filling in the initial velocity and height. You should have two: 0=-16t^2 + 23.55t + 3... 0=-16t^2 + 37.16t + 3

5. Find the time at which the item reached its highest point for each equation. EXPLAIN HOW YOU FOUND IT. Round to the nearest tenth: 1st .74s 2nd 1.16s putting in calc and hitting graph

6. Find how high the object went. Round to the nearest tenth. EXPLAIN HOW YOU FOUND IT: 1st 11.67f 2nd 24.58 putting in calc and hitting graph
